In conjunction with the month of Love, Kris decided to spread loves to children & we want you to be part of this!

In hope to let children enjoy nutritional malt chocolate, we will be donating as many Crispy Chocolate Spread as the amount of likes for this post to different orphanages in Klang Valley!

In additional to that, we will also give out RM 1,000 to the children if this post exceeded 300 likes by this week!

Terms & Conditions:

By participating in the 50th Limited Redemption 2.0 Campaign (“the Contest”), you (“the Participant”) will be deemed to have read, acknowledged, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: –

  1. The Contest is organized by Network Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (176804-A) (“the Organizer”) and is open to all citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above with a valid National Registration Identification Card (“NRIC”) at the time of participation in the Contest.
  2. Individuals from the following groups are not eligible to participate in this Contest:
    • Employees of the Organizer [including associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or
    • The representative, staff, employees, and/or agents of the advertising and/or promotion services of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or
    • Individuals who have a direct relationship with the staff of the Organizer [including associates and related companies].
  3. The Contest shall commence on 1st May 2024, 00:00:00, and shall end on 11th June 2024, 23:59:59 (UTC/GMT+8) (6 Weeks) (“Contest Period”). Any entries received beyond the Contest Period will be deemed invalid.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Contest including the Contest Period at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

CONTEST STRUCTURE & SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

The Participant(s) must fulfill all the requirements of the Contest. 

Step 1 – The Participant must purchase any Crispy Chocolate products (“the Products”) worth RM50 and above value (“Value”) in a single or combined receipt (“max. 2 receipts”) (“The receipt need not necessarily correspond to the same date”) (“Proof of Purchase”) within the contest period. 

Step 2 – Go to Crispy Chocolate Website, Scan the QR Code, Provide Personal Details such as  full name (as per NRIC) and NRIC number, Email Address and Phone Number, Upload your proof of purchase (receipts) and insert amount to redeem a Limited Weekly Block Collectable sets including the exclusive Kris Block. The redemption of Kris Block is determined through a randomized selection process for participants who successfully collect all three prizes.

Step 3 – Visit the official Crispy Chocolate website, submit personal information and receipt through the designated form and follow the instructions given:-

  • The receipt must be in the form of print.
  • Participants must retain the original Proof of Purchase as Proof of Purchase. 
  • Each Receipt is ONLY eligible for one (1) entry. The Organizer shall reserve the right to disqualify any entries with reprinted Receipt and/or duplicated Receipt. 
  • The Organizer will also accept any receipt, document, or proof showing a purchase made from Shopee online platform. 
  • The Organizer does not accept any alteration of Proof of Purchase in any form. Handwritten receipts, Purchase Orders, and/or Delivery Notes will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase.

CONTEST REWARDS (“Prizes”) 

  • Phase 1: Cutlery Block (limited 150 set) [Week 1-2]
  • Phase 2: Mug Block (limited 100 set) [Week 3-4]
  • Phase 3: Lunch box Block (limited 100 set) [Week 5-6]
  • Phase 4: (if Participant Complete W1-6): Kris Block (limited 50 set) [Week 7]
  • Each redemption is limited to one (1) IC number per participant per user
  • Participants are eligible to redeem one prize from each phase of the contest.
  • Participants are only eligible to enter Phase 4 if they have successfully completed weeks 1 through 6
  • Each prize category (Cutlery Block , Mug Block, Lunch Box Block & Kris Block) can only be redeemed once per participant.
  • Participants can redeem all four prizes, but only one item per category.
  • Redemption is subject to availability, while stocks last.

JUDGING DETAILS

  1. Participants can redeem one prize per phase (Cutlery Block, Mug Block, Lunch Box Block, and Kris Block) with each redemption limited to one IC number per participant, and eligibility for Phase 4 requires successful completion of weeks 1 through 6. Each prize category can only be redeemed once per participant, and participants can redeem all four prizes, but only one item per category, while stocks last.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice if:- the same receipt is being submitted for different entries; entries that are incomplete, unreadable, late, and without proper Proof of Purchase or inadequate Proof of Purchase.
  3. Verification of entries:-
    1. Clear visibility of Proof of Purchase indicating the Product(s), Receipt Number, Purchase Value, Valid Purchase Date, and Outlet Name.
    2. Valid Personal Details.
    3. No duplication of Proof of Purchase.
    4. No alteration of receipt in any form; store name, items purchased, prices, and transaction time.
    5. Handwritten receipts, Purchase Orders, and/or Delivery Notes will not be accepted as Proof of Purchase.
    6. Receipt, document, or proof showing a purchase made from Shopee online platform is accepted as Proof of Purchase.
    7. All required details and purchase requirements fulfilled.

SHORTLISTING METHOD AND WINNER SELECTION 

The Winners (“Shortlisted Participants”) for all the prizes (Week 1-6) will be selected based on first come, first serve basis from the total number of first qualified entries received during the Contest Period. 

Kris Block winners (Week 7 prize) are selected through a randomized process from participants who successfully redeemed all three weekly prizes in total.

Example:

If the total number of eligible entries is 1,000 entries, the number will then be divided by fifty (50), which equals 1000 ÷ 50 = 20*

The first winner will be selected based on the 20th number of total entries and the subsequent winner will be determined in multiples. For example, the numbers of the shortlisted winners are as follows: 20*, 40*, 60*, 80*, 100*, 120*, 140*, 180*, 200*, 220*, etc.

The rounding formula will be performed if the number of eligible entries for the first prize is in decimal value. The number will then be rounded to the nearest digit number. For example, if the calculated number is 9.4, the number will be rounded to 9.

 

PRIZE REDEMPTION

All prizes (“Prizes”) will be processed within 60 days after the conclusion of the contest. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the timeline stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.

  • All prizes must be redeemed within three (3) months from the announcement of the winners.
  • The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the prize products and processing date without prior notice.
  • All prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable, or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organizer.
  • All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  • The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute prizes of an equivalent value without prior notice. 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY 

  1. All Proof of Purchases submitted for the Contest will be the property of the Organizer. By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees and has given the Organizer the rights to publish and/or display particulars and/or photos of winners in print media and electronic media for advertising, publicity, and winner announcement without any royalty and/or compensation.
  2. The Organizers will not be responsible for any liability, loss or damage suffered, in any situation involving third parties or Participants, during and after this Campaign. 
  3. The Organizer and its agents shall not be responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay, or changes to the prize details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer and for any act or default by any third-party vendor or supplier.
  4. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or stolen prizes that occur to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation costs, duties, and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prizes and/or replacement prizes shall be borne by the winners at their own cost.
  5. The Participants and/or the Winners shall assume full liability in the event of any injury, damage, or claim resulting from participation in the Campaign and/or use and/or redemption of their Prizes. 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. 
  2. The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding, and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. 
  3. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any Participant and/or entries found (in the Organizer’s discretion) to be indecent or unsuitable for public consumption or found or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of this Contest or to violate any Terms and Conditions of the Contest.

PRIVACY NOTICE ACCORDING TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

In compliance with the laws of Malaysia, the Participant gives their consent to and authorizes the Organizer to collect, store, use and process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC), and other personal particulars to run the Contest, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Participant at the Organizer’s website and Organizer’s official social media for advertising and publicity purposes.

By participating in the Contest, the Eligible Participant also gives their consent and authorizes the Organizer to use a third-party service to process the Eligible Participant’s Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Eligible Participant’s Personal Data in any other than the way stated herein.

Under the laws of Malaysia, the rights of Eligible Participants include: 

  1. The right to withdraw consent for the use of Personal Data at any time by contacting the Organizer via its website mentioned below by providing the Organizer with the Eligible Participant’s name and email address for the removal of the said Personal Data; 
  2. The right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data that the Organizer holds; and 
  3. The right to correct inaccurate Personal Data.

The Organizer shall take reasonable precautions to keep the Eligible Participant’s Data secure and requires third-party processors to do the same. However, the Organizer may disclose the Eligible Participant’s Personal Data if required by law, search warrant, subpoena, or court order.

TERMA DAN SYARAT

Dengan menyertai Kempen 50th Limited Redemption 2.0 (“Kempen”), anda (“Peserta”) akan dianggap telah membaca, mengakui dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan terma dan syarat berikut: –

  1. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh Network Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (176804-A) (“Penganjur”) dan terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia dan penduduk tetap yang berumur lapan belas (18) dan ke atas dengan Kad Pengenalan Pendaftaran Negara (“NRIC”) yang sah.
  2. Individu daripada kumpulan berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Peraduan ini:
    • Kakitangan Penganjur [termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan berkaitan] dan ahli keluarga terdekat [anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik, termasuk pasangan]; dan/atau
    • Wakil, kakitangan, pekerja dan/atau ejen perkhidmatan pengiklanan dan/atau promosi bagi pihak Penganjur [termasuk syarikat gabungan dan berkaitannya], dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik, termasuk pasangan]; dan/atau
    • Individu yang mempunyai hubungan langsung dengan kakitangan Penganjur [termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan syarikat berkaitan].
  3. Peraduan akan bermula pada 1 Mei 2024, 00:00:00 dan akan berakhir pada 11 Jun 2024, 23:59:59 (UTC/GMT +8) (6 minggu) (“Tempoh Peraduan”). Sebarang penyertaan yang diterima melebihi daripada Tempoh Peraduan dianggap tidak sah.
  4. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, melanjutkan atau menamatkan Peraduan termasuk Tempoh Peraduan mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya tanpa sebarang notis.

STRUKTUR PERTANDINGAN & PENYERAHAN PENYERTAAN

Peserta mesti memenuhi semua keperluan Peraduan.

Langkah 1 – Peserta mesti membeli sebarang produk Coklat Rangup (“Produk”) bernilai RM50 dan nilai ke atas (“Nilai”) dalam satu resit atau gabungan (“maks. 2 resit”) (“Resit tidak semestinya sepadan dengan tarikh yang sama”) (“Bukti Pembelian”) dalam tempoh peraduan.

Langkah 2 – Pergi ke Laman Web Coklat Crispy, Imbas Kod QR, Berikan Butiran Peribadi seperti nama penuh (seperti dalam Kad Pengenalan) dan nombor Kad Pengenalan, Alamat E-mel dan Nombor Telefon, Muat naik bukti pembelian anda (resit) dan masukkan jumlah untuk menebus Set Boleh Kutip Blok Mingguan Terhad termasuk Blok Kris eksklusif. Penebusan Kris Block ditentukan melalui proses pemilihan rawak untuk peserta yang berjaya mengumpul ketiga-tiga hadiah.

Langkah 3 – Lawati laman web rasmi Crispy Chocolate, serahkan maklumat peribadi dan resit melalui borang yang ditetapkan dan ikut arahan yang diberikan:-

  • Resit mestilah dalam bentuk cetakan.
  • Peserta mesti mengekalkan Bukti Pembelian asal sebagai Bukti Pembelian.
  • Setiap Resit HANYA layak untuk satu (1) penyertaan. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana penyertaan dengan Resit yang dicetak semula dan/atau Resit pendua.
  • Penganjur juga akan menerima sebarang resit, dokumen, atau bukti yang menunjukkan pembelian yang dibuat daripada platform dalam talian Shopee.
  • Penganjur tidak menerima sebarang pindaan Bukti Pembelian dalam sebarang bentuk. Resit tulisan tangan, Pesanan Belian dan/atau Nota Penghantaran tidak akan diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian.

GANJARAN PERTANDINGAN (“Hadiah”)

  • Fasa 1: Blok Kutleri (terhad 150 set) [Minggu 1-2]
  • Fasa 2: Blok Mug (terhad 100 set) [Minggu 3-4]
  • Fasa 3: Blok kotak makan tengah hari (terhad 100 set) [Minggu 5-6]
  • Fasa 4: (jika Peserta Selesai W1-6): Blok Kris (terhad 50 set) [Minggu 7]
  • Setiap penebusan terhad kepada satu (1) nombor IC bagi setiap peserta bagi setiap pengguna.
  • Peserta layak menebus satu hadiah daripada setiap fasa peraduan.
  • Peserta hanya layak memasuki Fasa 4 jika mereka telah berjaya menamatkan minggu 1 hingga 6.
  • Setiap kategori hadiah (Blok Kutleri, Blok Cawan, Blok Kotak Makan Tengahari & Blok Kris) hanya boleh ditebus sekali bagi setiap peserta.
  • Peserta boleh menebus keempat-empat hadiah, tetapi hanya satu item bagi setiap kategori.
  • Penebusan tertakluk pada ketersediaan, sementara stok masih ada.

BUTIRAN PENILAIAN

  1. Peserta boleh menebus satu hadiah setiap fasa (Blok Kutleri, Blok Cawan, Blok Kotak Makan Tengahari dan Blok Kris) dengan setiap penebusan terhad kepada satu nombor IC bagi setiap peserta, dan kelayakan untuk Fasa 4 memerlukan kejayaan menyelesaikan minggu 1 hingga 6. Setiap kategori hadiah hanya boleh ditebus sekali bagi setiap peserta, dan peserta boleh menebus keempat-empat hadiah, tetapi hanya satu item bagi setiap kategori, sementara stok masih ada.
  2. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan sebarang penyertaan tanpa notis terlebih dahulu jika:- resit yang sama dihantar untuk penyertaan berbeza; entri yang tidak lengkap, tidak boleh dibaca, lewat, dan tanpa Bukti Pembelian yang betul atau Bukti Pembelian yang tidak mencukupi.
  3. Pengesahan penyertaan:-
  • Keterlihatan jelas Bukti Pembelian yang menunjukkan Produk, Nombor Resit, Nilai Belian, Tarikh Pembelian Sah dan Nama Outlet.
  • Butiran Peribadi yang Sah.
  • Tiada pertindihan Bukti Pembelian.
  • Tiada pindaan resit dalam sebarang bentuk; nama kedai, barang yang dibeli, harga dan masa transaksi.
  • Resit tulisan tangan, Pesanan Belian dan/atau Nota Penghantaran tidak akan diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian.
  • Resit, dokumen atau bukti yang menunjukkan pembelian yang dibuat daripada platform dalam talian Shopee diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian.
  • Semua butiran yang diperlukan dan keperluan pembelian dipenuhi.

KAEDAH PEMILIHAN PEMENANG

Pemenang (“Peserta Disenarai Pendek”) untuk semua hadiah (Minggu 1-6) akan dipilih berdasarkan asas siapa cepat dia dapat daripada jumlah penyertaan pertama yang layak diterima semasa Tempoh Peraduan.

Pemenang Kris Blok (hadiah Minggu 7) akan dipilih melalui proses rawak daripada peserta yang berjaya menebus kesemua tiga hadiah mingguan secara keseluruhan.

Contoh:

Jika jumlah bilangan penyertaan yang layak ialah 1,000 penyertaan, nombor itu akan dibahagikan dengan lima puluh (50), yang bersamaan dengan 1000 ÷ 50 = 20*

Pemenang pertama akan dipilih berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan yang ke-20 dan pemenang seterusnya akan ditentukan dalam gandaan. Sebagai contoh, nombor pemenang adalah seperti berikut: 20*, 40*, 60*, 80*, 100*, 120*, 140*, 180*, 200*, 220*, dan seterusnya

Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika bilangan penyertaan yang layak untuk hadiah pertama adalah dalam nilai perpuluhan. Nombor tersebut akan dibundarkan kepada nombor digit terdekat. Sebagai contoh, jika nombor yang dikira ialah 9.4, nombor itu akan dibundarkan kepada 9.

 

PENEBUSAN HADIAH 

Semua hadiah (“Hadiah”) akan diproses dalam tempoh 60 hari selepas peraduan tamat. Penganjur berhak untuk memanjangkan garis masa yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini atas sebab-sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur.

  • Semua hadiah mesti ditebus dalam tempoh tiga (3) bulan dari pengumuman pemenang.
  • Penganjur berhak, mengikut budi bicaranya, untuk menukar produk hadiah dan tarikh pemprosesan tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
  • Semua hadiah sama sekali tidak boleh dipindah milik, diserah hak, boleh ditukar atau ditebus oleh Peserta dalam sebarang bentuk atau cara lain selain daripada yang ditentukan oleh Penganjur.
  • Semua hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan dan tiada surat-menyurat atau rayuan akan dilayan.
  • Penganjur berhak, mengikut budi bicaranya, untuk menggantikan hadiah dengan nilai yang setara tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.

PENAFIAN LIABILITI

  1. Semua Bukti Pembelian yang diserahkan untuk Peraduan akan menjadi hak milik Penganjur. Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta bersetuju dan telah memberi Penganjur hak untuk menerbitkan dan/atau memaparkan butiran dan/atau gambar pemenang dalam media cetak dan media elektronik untuk pengiklanan, publisiti dan pengumuman pemenang tanpa sebarang royalti dan/atau pampasan.
  2. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang liabiliti, kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami, dalam sebarang situasi yang melibatkan pihak ketiga atau Peserta, semasa dan selepas Kempen ini.
  3. Penganjur dan ejennya tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas semua liabiliti yang timbul daripada sebarang penangguhan, pembatalan, kelewatan atau perubahan kepada butiran hadiah atau sebarang keadaan yang tidak dijangka di luar kawalan munasabah Penganjur dan untuk sebarang tindakan atau keingkaran oleh mana-mana vendor pihak ketiga atau pembekal.
  4. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kehilangan, kerosakan atau hadiah yang dicuri yang berlaku semasa proses penghantaran hadiah. Sebarang kos tambahan lain (iaitu perbelanjaan perjalanan, kos pengangkutan, duti dan cukai) yang terlibat untuk menebus atau mengutip hadiah dan/atau hadiah gantian hendaklah ditanggung oleh pemenang dengan kos mereka sendiri.
  5. Para Peserta dan/atau Pemenang hendaklah bertanggungjawab dengan sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku sebarang kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat daripada penyertaan dalam Kempen dan/atau penggunaan dan/atau penebusan Hadiah mereka.

TERMA & SYARAT LAIN-LAIN

  1. Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, tanpa notis awal, dan tanpa sebarang liabiliti kepada mana-mana orang, pada bila-bila masa untuk menukar Terma dan Syarat termasuk menukar Tempoh Peraduan, membuat penggantian Hadiah, membatalkan, menamatkan, atau menggantung Peraduan secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian. Sekiranya berlaku sebarang perubahan kepada Terma dan Syarat, Peserta bersetuju bahawa penyertaan berterusan mereka dalam Peraduan akan membentuk penerimaan mereka terhadap Terma dan Syarat.
  2. Keputusan Penganjur mengenai semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan termasuk penilaian dan pemilihan pemenang adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif ke atas semua Peserta, dan surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan.
  3. Penganjur berhak, mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya, untuk membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana Peserta dan/atau penyertaan yang didapati (mengikut budi bicara Penganjur) sebagai tidak senonoh atau tidak sesuai untuk kegunaan awam atau didapati atau disyaki menipu/menggoda/mengganggu penyerahan Peraduan proses, pengendalian Peraduan ini atau melanggar mana-mana Terma dan Syarat Peraduan.

NOTIS PRIVASI DIBAWAH AKTA PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI 2010

Dalam pematuhan undang-undang Malaysia, Peserta memberikan persetujuan mereka dan memberi kuasa kepada Penganjur untuk mengumpul, menyimpan, menggunakan dan memproses nama mereka, Nombor Pengenalan (IC) bertopeng dan butiran peribadi lain untuk menjalankan Peraduan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada pengumuman dan menerbitkan Data Peribadi dan/atau gambar Peserta di laman web Penganjur dan media sosial rasmi Penganjur untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti.

Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta Yang Layak juga memberikan persetujuan mereka dan memberi kuasa kepada Penganjur untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan pihak ketiga untuk memproses Data Peribadi Peserta yang Layak. Semua pihak ketiga tersebut diwajibkan secara kontrak, untuk tidak menggunakan Data Peribadi Peserta yang Layak dengan cara lain selain daripada cara yang dinyatakan di sini.

Di bawah undang-undang Malaysia, hak Peserta yang layak termasuk:

  1. Hak untuk menarik balik kebenaran untuk penggunaan Data Peribadi pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi Penganjur melalui laman webnya yang dinyatakan di bawah dengan memberikan Penganjur nama dan alamat e-mel Peserta yang Layak untuk mengalih keluar Data Peribadi tersebut;
  2. Hak untuk mendapatkan salinan Data Peribadi yang dipegang oleh Penganjur; dan
  3. Hak untuk membetulkan Data Peribadi yang tidak tepat.

Penganjur hendaklah mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga yang munasabah untuk memastikan Data Peserta yang Layak selamat dan memerlukan pemproses pihak ketiga untuk melakukan perkara yang sama. Walau bagaimanapun, Penganjur boleh mendedahkan Data Peribadi Peserta yang Layak jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang, waran geledah, sepina atau perintah mahkamah.
